Do you supply your own cleaning supplies?
Yes we supply our own cleaning supplies and vacuum.
Do I have to be at home when you are cleaning?
No you do not. Just make sure to arrange a way of us being able to enter your home.
Do you use eco friendly products?
Yes we do. We believe it is a much better choice and in most cases we get better results with eco friendly products.
What can you clean with your steamer?
Almost everything! From grout lines, floors, tough areas around your toilet, sinks and showers, most couches, stuck on grease on backsplashes and stoves… you name it we can clean it! The results are fantastic and with no chemicals. Our machine reaches 275 degrees and 50 psi.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for your visit?
Help us clean for you more efficiently by having things of sentimental or monetary value, dishes, toys, and personal laundry (aside from towels and linens upon request) put away prior to our arrival. Leave the cleaning to us! If you have any questions feel free to call or email.
Does your staff have clean criminal records?
Yes! We make it a priority to do a criminal record check and a complete background check of all our staff leaving you with peace of mind that your place is in good hands.
Can you customize your cleaning to fit my needs?
Absolutely! We can come up with a cleaning plan and schedule to make sure that all your needs are met.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We require a minimum of 24hr notice for cancellations and rescheduling to avoid any cancellation fee which can be up to half the cost of your estimated visit.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning service?
We 100% guarantee our work. In the off chance you are not satisfied with the job we have done we will come back to rectify the problems.
Are you licensed & insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured .
What areas do you service?
We are based out of Nanaimo. For residential services we work from Ladysmith to Qualicum Beach. We do travel further for bigger projects ie. commercial or construction.
Do you offer Discounts?
We offer 15% off for your next visit for referrals. The individual you referred us to must state who referred them at the time of their cleaning appt. Once their cleaning has been complete and pain for then you will see 15% off your next cleaning appointment (up to a $40 value). You can give an unlimited amount of referrals for 15% off to be redeemed one visit at at time.
